The Välkommen Trail opened Saturday, July 29, 2006. The 4.5 mile all-weather bicycle and pedestrian trail was converted from the abandoned Missouri-Pacific and Union Pacific rail beds. The trail, which meanders through our beautiful city, is free for public use year round. Valkommen Trail is a lovely neighborhood recreational trail in the beautiful town of Lindsborg, KS. The full length of the trail is concrete paved.
